  Very, very, very poor customer service! I tried calling to ask what room my mother was in and was told I could not be helped becasue I didn't know what hallway she was in. When I asked why they don't have a directory of patients, the person laughed at me. My family members who are actually visiting my mother there say they're even worse in person.
