  This place is a throwback to when businesses were owned and run by families, and those families worked hard and took pride in their business. Don't bother getting washed out at Blue Beacon if you are getting a baby food "bulk" load. First person to greet you is someone who will check your trailer (NOT your wash receipt), and show you why they need to rewash. They charge the same amount if it's already been washed, or just came from a delivery, untouched.
  You walk up to the Farmhouse and step through a Screened in porch, into the family kitchen. There were three generations of girls there, one manning the desktop, and one reading a book to her two year old daughter. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was at the Truckstop, 9 miles away, loaded (NOT overloaded), and perfectly scaled, all in an hour and a half. It's a pretty area, and I'd be proud to get another load there. Who knew North Carolina grew apples?!?
